With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, George Pontikis began his journey as a self-employed carpenter before quickly transitioning into building. His hands-on expertise and deep industry knowledge have been the foundation of his success. For the past seven years, George has been working with Registered Training Organisations, where he discovered his passion for mentoring and empowering others. He thrives on helping individuals and businesses build strong foundations, develop innovative strategies, and achieve long-term success. Now part of GRIP Consulting, George is committed to guiding entrepreneurs and businesses towards sustainable growth through expert insights and strategic solutions.
Joseph Daher
Joseph grew up in a family of business owners, witnessing the challenges of accessing finance and the frustration of being told “no.” Determined to take control of his own financial future, he purchased his first investment property at 21—an experience that left him disappointed with his mortgage broker.
His passion for finance led him to start his career in 2011 as a teller at the Commonwealth Bank, where he progressed to branch lender. It was here that he discovered his love for helping people secure the best financial deals and empowering them with knowledge. Now part of GRIP Consulting, Joseph is committed to guiding entrepreneurs and businesses towards financial success through strategic insights and expert advice.
